Terms of usage: No adult or illegal content of any kind will be allowed on your site. Any content found to be in breach will be immediatley deleted and your account suspended. No racist or disrespectful content will be allowed. 15 Days before your free Trial Ends iBlade will try to contact you in regards to your website. If we cannot contact you please contact us immediatley to verify the continued use of your website. The cost will be $9.95 per month for up to 100 products allowed. We accept Visa/Master Card/American Express payment directly for US customers only. Non US residents please contact us via email for payment options. On Trial your Banner will be forced to show the iBlade banner. Once you start paying for the service you will be able to put your own banner. iBlade has the right to terminate the site owners usage at anytime due to fraud, Illegal activity, nudity, or racism. If a situation as stated occurs you will NOT receive a refund for any site usage not used and you will be held liable for any and all damages to iBlade. The Credit Card Listed on file for paying users will be charged every 1st of the month, every month unless user cancels in writing 15 days prior. Once charged we cannot cancel or refund you for that month of site usage. On weekends the charge may be delay until after the first of the month. If payment is not made on the first your account will be suspended until payment is received. Monthly charges work as follows: You will be charged on the first of the month - This charge will cover your cost until the last day in that month If you do not signup for a 1 year plan on the first month a setup fee will apply which will be listed on our ordering page. Signup for a 1 year plan and your credit card will be charged once per year, the setup fee will be waived. Once you signup for a 1 year plan it cannot be cancelled. iBlade cannot be held liable for any weather storms or site crashes that may temporarily stop your site from running. By signing up with iBlade you are being allowed to use our web software. All source code and database are copyright iBlade and you will NOT have access to them. By using our software you are NOT purchasing our software, but using it as a monthly service. If you illegally tamper with the site to steal any information such as source code, database information, etc. You will be held liable for any and all damages to iBlade. Phone Support is for paying customers only. All other customers must direct their questions to us via email. iBlade does not process or charge any customer credit cards. That is you the vendors obligation. The shopping cart stand alone service does not come with SSL. This can be arranged for an additional yearly fee. We will have to verify you are a legitimate business before you are allowed to use our shopping cart software. You must call us and schedule a time to fax over proof of business and/or credit card terminal ownership. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS YOU AGREE TO ALL MONTHLY CHARGES FOR YOUR WEBSITE(You will only be charged once per month unless you purchase other products or services from iBlade). Privacy Policy: iBlade will never sell any of your personal information to any parties under any circumstances. All information received will be held securely with in our databases and never released. It will only be used in conjunction with your account.
